About Friendly House Careers

Friendly House is a great place to work for individuals who are dedicated to serve their community. Employees at Friendly House work in a learning and passionate environment, they are committed to helping others help themselves. Throughout each program and service, Friendly House employees provide support, guidance, and resources through education, training, and community partnerships.

Full time employees working 30 hours or more per week are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life & disability insurance plans the first month after 60 days of employment. These plans are offered at an average of 77% employer paid premiums.

In addition to the above benefit package, full time employees are eligible for 13 paid holidays and earn 8 hours per month of sick and vacation time.

All employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Retirement Plan. Friendly House will match up to 5% of the employee’s contribution once they meet one year of service, 1,000 hours worked, and are 21 years or older. Academia del Pueblo Charter School employees are eligible for up to a 7% 401(k) match after only 3 months of service.
