Emergency Support Services

Overview

The Emergency Services Program provides supportive services for vulnerable and low-income individuals and families and connects them with resources for self-sufficiency through strengths-based and holistic community support. Currently, we offer food boxes, hygiene kits, and transportation assistance. Through the support of a case manager, clients will be provided with internal wraparound services and linked to other community service agencies to obtain vital services empowering them to become more self-sufficient.

Jurado's Family Story

There are no words to express how much your assistance has helped my family. I thank God there are programs like yours at Friendly House that help the community in their times of need.

My husband and I couldn’t have foreseen the hardship of both being unemployed at the same time. Thanks to the Rental Assistance, we are able to keep our household afloat. I know that soon with God’s help we will get back on our feet.

Thank you to all that work at Friendly House, and for the funding that has made your assistance possible. Your generosity and kindness will live on forever in our hearts.

A Special Thanks to Our Partners
