About Integrated Basic Education and Skills Training
(I-BEST)

Students are enrolled in a GED class and concurrently enrolled in a community college course. This is a very fast paced and demanding pathway, but at the end of the program students will graduate with both their GED and community college credential. The student is then able to enter the workforce in a career that pays a living wage.

Friendly House offers multiple classes such as English-language and GED preparation classes at no cost to students for most classes if eligible.
