Friendly House Home Care Department is dedicated to providing quality care to low-income elderly and physically disabled individuals in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Friendly House Home Care Department offers the following services:
- Personal Care
- Housekeeping
- Meal Preparation
- Errands & Chores
- Companionship
Receiving our services allows individuals to remain in their homes as long as safely possible, allowing them to maintain their independence, quality of life and most importantly, their dignity.
Without our services, many of our clients would be unable to continue living in their own homes and require placement in more costly and restrictive settings, such as adult foster care, supervisory care, or an alternative living/nursing facility with significantly higher costs.
There are two ways for individuals to receive our services:
1. Case Manager Referrals through our contracts with the following:
- Mercy Care Plan
- Area Agency on Aging
2. Private Pay. There is an hourly rate dependent upon the type (s) of services provided. We request a 2 hour minimum per visit.
